I ordered my red striped painted a couple weeks ago and it didn't come until like 7 hours later I was waiting but I couldn't remember the Florida Herps phone number and. Had no electronic so that didn't help. But before that the people who talked to me on the phone from Florida Herps (there were like three different people) were super helpful. Three hours later I was expecting my package. I don't know what's wrong with Fed-Ex and them shipping Red striped painted turtles??? Anyways I found an electronic and tracked my package and it had been forgotten on the truck!!!! The only package that was not in the truck was mine. They forgot completely about it. I love Florida Herps so I'm thinking of getting more turtles umm I wanna know when the Mississippi map turtles will be back in stock!??

My Southern painted turtle arrived about a week ago, he is exactly what I had asked for. He has a huge appetite and very healthy. Loves sun basking and swimming around. I had requested my turtle be a male and for him to be shipped a day late and Florida Herps did just that for me. I also called twice asking about the turtle, pricing, etc and the man that answered the phone was more then happy to help me out. My only complaint is the shipping. I paid for overnight shipping, and was guaranteed he would be at my house between 9-10:30 am. By 11:30 I was still waiting so I tracked my package on Fed ex's website. It said my package was left behind at one of their warehouses. Around 12 I called Fedex and was told my package will be delivered "at some point today." Was very frustrating because I had to be at work for 2pm that day. I had to call 3 times and have a report filled out, and got my turtle close to 1pm. I am pretty sure this was a mistake on Fed-ex's end, as they called me twice apologizing. I understand mistakes happen and overall I am a very satisfied customer.
