I live in Alaska and so most of the year my reptiles will not get proper UVB rays. This product provides my reptiles with a level of UVB that is able to give them all they need normally. I looked at my local pet store and the equivalent product was $90 but I only paid $47.95 here. This lamp also provides heat and is able to reach the animals at a greater distance. Thanks Florida Herps for providing this product and recommending it to me when I purchased my iguanas or else they may have not gotten proper UVB amounts.
